What does a Groupon cover if used?

  • A Groupon will only be good for a deduction in price of whole house, it does NOT cover an entire house duct cleaning.

  • A Groupon cannot be used for only dryer vent cleaning.

 

How do I know if my HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) unit needs cleaned?

  • There are many common indicators that your the air ducts in your HVAC system may need maintenance. Ask yourself the following questions:

How long should it take to clean a typical residential air duct system?

    The amount of time it takes to clean a residential air ductsystem depends upon a number of variables. Without extensive problems, a larger home could take up to 4-5 hours, while a typical home (approx. 2,000 square feet) averages 2.5-3 hours. If there is more than one system or an extensive contamination issue is present, the process could take longer.

   

What if I cannot make the appointed time?  

  • With a 24 hour notice rescheduling is free!

  • Without a 24 hour notice there is a $25 rescheduling fee.

 

How often should I clean my HVAC system?

- Recent Construction/remodeling
